Lizzie joined the Miller lab in Spring 2019. They did a full-time summer research experience as a TruScholar in the Miller lab during the summer of 2021 working on the Zika project. Lizzie graduated in May 2022 with a B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and a minor in disability studies from Truman State Univ. They now attending medical school at the University of Missouri-Columbia.
