Emma is a junior biochemistry major with a math minor at Truman State University. She joined the Miller lab in fall of 2023 as a member of the c-Myb project, and hopes to build on her previous research with Dr. Edward Cooper at Baylor College of Medicine working on KCNQ2. Emma plays on the soccer team here at Truman and is a member of Alpha Chi Sigma professional chemistry fraternity. In her free time, she plays the cello and memorizes digits of pi. After graduation, she plans to get her MD/PhD.
