Matt joined the Miller research lab in Fall 2017 as a junior while taking Dr. Miller for Chemistry Junior Seminar. He worked on the Zika drug design research project during his time in the lab. Matt graduated in May 2019 from Truman State University with a B.S. in Chemistry. Currently, Matt is in the Chemistry PhD program at the University of Illinois at Chicago working with his advisor, Dr. Huan-Xiang Zhou, in the area of molecular and cellular biophysics.
