Conaire joined the Miller lab in Fall 2019. He did a full-time summer research experience in the Miller lab as a TruScholar during the summer of 2020 working on the Amyloid Beta project. Conaire graduated in May 2022 with a B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Truman State Univ. He is now attending the osteopathic medical school at Des Moines University.
Fun fact. Bill called Conaire by the name “Jonathan” all freshman year because Bill was never told that Conaire preferably went by “Conaire”. And then when someone in the Miller lab told Bill that they were happy to hear “Conaire” joined the research lab, Bill had no idea who they were talking about…
