Andy Yeager graduated with a B.S. in Biology and a minor in Chemistry from Truman State University in May 2017. He joined the Miller research group on September 2, 2015 and was the second ever member of the lab. He worked primarily on the DNA polymerase paper and graduated with two first-author publications from the lab. He was a full-time summer research student (Paradocs) in summer 2016. After graduation, he became a PhD candidate in the Bioinformatics Program at the University of British Columbia. He worked primarily with molecular dynamics of protein and protein-DNA systems with his advisor Dr. Jorg Gsponer.
